Return/Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every product and or service that you order from BidHub and we stand behind all of our offerings. Our policies are simple; any tangible item purchased from BidHub.com can be returned within 10 days of purchase, and all digital items needing to be returned must be returned within 3 days of purchase.

Digital Prints & Printed Plans on behalf of Project Owners

All Purchases from BidHub on behalf of a Project Owners project and invitation to bid, are refundable – but require the Project Owners permission. Time is of the essence in this case and we need just a few pieces of information to quickly resolve your request, while meeting the Project Owner’s requirements. If printed plans need to be returned, please ensure prints are not damaged, creased or folded in any manner and are in the original shipping tube and a shipping RMA number has been secured from BidHub.
