Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including parts usage and equipment downtime. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of electrical supplies and equipment. Train and mentor new or junior electricians on proper procedures and safety protocols. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in electrical technology. Maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to all housekeeping standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments to ensure smooth operation of production lines. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
