Design, fabrication, and hand-crafting of log homes, timberframe homes, heavy timber trusses, heavy timber pavilions and barns. Available wood species include: Eastern White Pine, Cypress, Oak, and Douglas Fir. We design using 3-D solid modeling to insure accuracy when cutting precise notches, mortises and tenons, and shoulders using our CNC machines. New for 2016! We have just installed and tested a new 5-axis robot that takes precision to a higher level. This new Essetre machine is turning out state-of-the-art components for both log homes and timberframe homes. Textures available are: Planed Smooth, Planed Smooth with decorative edge chamfer, WeatherAged, Circular-Saw, and Hand-Hewn. HeartDried timbers are available using our state-of-the-art vacuum kilns that dry wood by removing moisture through the end-grain, thereby preserving the surface of the timber and minimizing checks along the grain. NEW in 2018! Testing has been completed on our new process for adding antique textures to timbers and decking. We now offer: Antique & Weathered, Antique Hewn & Weathered, and Antique Circular Sawn & Weathered textures.
